Delhi Violence में Sonia, Rahul के बयानों पर नोटिस, High Court ने जारी किया Notice | वनइंडिया हिंदी

A hearing was held in the Delhi High Court on Friday on several petitions related to the ongoing violence against the violence in Delhi and the Citizenship Amendment Act. Hearing on provocative speeches was also held in Delhi High Court. The petitioner alleged that these leaders made inflammatory statements and provoked people. The High Court has now given notice to Delhi Police, Central and State Government on this petition. The matter will now be heard on April 13.

दिल्ली में हुई हिंसा और नागरिकता संशोधन एक्ट के खिलाफ जारी प्रदर्शन से जुड़ी कई याचिकाओं पर शुक्रवार को दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट में सुनवाई हुई. भड़काऊ भाषणों पर भी दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट में सुनवाई हुई. याचिकाकर्ता ने आरोप लगाया कि इन नेताओं ने भड़काऊ बयान दिया और लोगों को उकसाया. हाई कोर्ट ने अब इस याचिका पर दिल्ली पुलिस, केंद्र और राज्य सरकार को नोटिस दिया है. इस मामले पर अब 13 अप्रैल को सुनवाई होगी.
